As a Melbourne-born Thai desserts brand, HOMM is rooted in the rich and distinctive flavors of Thai cuisine, while also being inspired by tastes and experiences from around the world. Our founder’s journey—exploring different cultures, trying all kinds of flavors, and discovering new food traditions—has shaped who we are today.

We have a deep appreciation for Asian dessert culture, especially Thai traditions. At HOMM, we bring those flavors to life in a way that feels fresh, approachable, and easy to enjoy for a diverse community in Melbourne—people who are open to trying something new.

Founded by a team of seasoned professionals in hospitality scenes, along with a well-travelled cabin crew who carefully handpicked elements from their journeys, the Homm team introduces a heartwarming touch to traditional Thai desserts.

We aim to serve not just Thai desserts but an enjoyable and immersive dessert-dining experience like no other.

Our commitment and passion has spurred our relentless growth, with three branches opening within a span of nine months.

We’ve pledged to represent and elevate Thai desserts, and to foster a community where franchise and heart-made can go hand-in-hand.
